With a passion for challenging herself and exploring her potential, O'Shea has developed an affinity for redefining herself and raising her standards for a fulfilled life. Prior to discovering her passion for personal wellness, she struggled with severe depression and anxiety, as well as a personal mental health crisis in 2016, which caused her to lose her University scholarship, her social circle, her self-worth, and her will to continue. Self Honeymoon is an actualization of O'Shea's lived experience, inspired by her journey of healing from mental health and personal trauma obstacles. O'Shea has gone through what most of us have become all too accustomed to, especially in this day and age, and has decided to transform her life by working through her trauma one day at a time.
